JOB INTERVIEW

1.  Tell us about yourself !

I’m a bachelor’s economy, especially in accounting major. I am a curious person, hard worker, accurate in a work, and like to work together in a team. My experience in work, I have ever worked at some big companies, especially in accounting division.
 

2.    Why should we hire you ?

You should hire me because I’m a hard worker, discipline, careful, accurate in work, and can work together in the team. So you can hire me to improve your company.
 

3.    What is the reason behind leaving your last job ?

Because I have worked there in a long time, maybe I get bored on my last job. I want to go out from my comfort zone and try a something new in my career. So it is the reason why I leave my last job.
 

4.    Why have you been unemployed for such a long time ?

I don’t really unemployed, I continue studying in some courses to improve myself and learn how to work well from my senior who has experiences in a work. Beside that I have a little business in online shop.
 

5.    Tell me your ability to work under pressure !

When I work under pressure, I try to be calm and not to be stress, and choose to manage a job with my partners by dividing a job, therefore the pressure can be reduced.
 

6.    Tell me your job experience !

I have ever worked in some big companies, that is service company and trading company, in both of that company I have ever worked in accounting divison and auditing division. And beside it I have ever worked in a team in event organization.

7.    What are your expectations from job ?

My expectations from a job is to improve myself in work, to enhance my experience, to build up my personality with other people, and can contribute to advance the company.
 

8.    Describe your management style !

In work, me and my partners like to make a team in several division, so we can save time to finish the job and beside that we can save our energy. I like to work efficiently and effectively.
 

9.    Are you a team player ?

Yes, because I don’t like to work individually. And during my experience in working I used to work together in a team.
 

10. What imitates you about co-workers ?

I hope my co-workers will imitates me on my working style, that is work together in a team.
 

11. How long would you expect to work for us if hired ?

I expect to work with this company at least for about 5 years to give my contribution on this company. 
 

12. How do you see yourself 5 years from now ?

I hope in 5 years I can grow up my career and can increase my position in a job.
 

13. Do you consider yourself successful ?

Yes, I believe that I can be success because my desire to advanced myself is too big.
 

14. What is your weakness ?

My weakness is myself confidence is too low when I’m in public.
 

15. What is your strength ?

My strength is work together and accurate in a work. 
 

16. What position do you prefer on a team working on a project ?

I prefer to choose the position that appropriate with my expertise, that is accounting position.
 

17. How much salary do you expect ?

In my new career I expect my salary about Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 7.000.000.  
 

18. Are you ready to be replaced any time to other city or abroad ?

Yes, I’m ready because it can grow up my experience in working.

1.     I’d apply for a job if I thought I covered about 60% of the requirements.

2.     I’d accept the salary offered at a job interview.

3.     I’d always try to negociate my salary at a job interview.

4.     I’d lie at a job interview for example about my skill or job experience.

5.     If I’m going to succed and be promoted, someone else will have to lose.

6.     At a job interview I’d ask “what can your company do for my career ?”.

MY OPINION :

1.     Yes, because I want to improve myself with the experience in work.

2.     Yes, if the salary suitable with my skill, I will accept that.

3.     Yes, if my education background or my knowledge enough to convince the interviewers to grow up the company.

4.     No, because it can complicate my career in work.

5.     No, I don’t want to get rid of someone else, so I will ask to work together and going to succeed and be promoted together.

6.     No, because I’m not yet received in that company.
